• Monday-Thursday (Custom Orders are handmade) 
• **Closed on Fridays & weekends**

Shipping:

• Items are shipped every Monday and Thursday
• Pre-Made items go out on the soonest business day shipment. 
• Orders are shipped with UPS & USPS 
• Tracking numbers are sent at the time of packaging. Some numbers are sent earlier and we will inform the customer of the estimated shipment date. 

Turn Around Times (Estimated) 

• Our 2022-2023 wait list is FULLY BOOKED. Items are being handmade in the order in which they were received. 
• current estimated turn around time for wait list orders is up to 6-8 months. 
• This time window estimate is based on the volume of orders. 
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. 

Returns and Exchanges 

•  there are absolutely NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
• Please confirm that your address is correct before placing your order. We can not change the address for you. Your item will be shipped to the address on file. 
• we are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. A claim can be filed with the mail carrier using the tracking number provided.
