- Pre-Made items go out on the soonest business day shipment.
- Orders are shipped with UPS & USPS
- Tracking numbers are sent at the time of packaging. Some numbers are sent earlier and we will inform the customer of the estimated shipment date.

- Items are being handmade in the order in which they were received.
- current estimated turn around time for wait list orders is up to 2-4 months.
- This time window estimate is based on the volume of orders.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
Returns and Exchanges
- there are absolutely NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Please confirm that your address is correct before placing your order. We can not change the address for you. Your item will be shipped to the address on file.
- we are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. A claim can be filed with the mail carrier using the tracking number provided.
