To maintain cleanliness and ensure customer satisfaction, these handmade items are never worn before purchase. This practice helps prevent the transfer of dirt, oils, or germs, ensuring that the customer receives a fresh, pristine product. Additionally, since crochet items can be delicate and easily stretched or misshapen, not wearing them beforehand preserves their original quality and fit.

Why the switch to "ready to ship" only?
Ready-to-ship crochet products offer several advantages:

1. Immediate Availability: Customers can receive their items quickly without waiting months+ for them to be made.
2. Quality Assurance: Buyers can see the exact item they will receive, ensuring satisfaction with the design and quality.
3. Reduced Wait Time: There's no production delay, which is ideal for last-minute gifts or urgent orders needed for specific dates! 

Processing time:
**UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS**

1. Quality Control: Allows time to inspect the product for any defects and ensure it meets quality standards.

2. Final Touches: Provides time to add finishing touches, such as weaving in ends, blocking (to shape the item), and attaching tags or labels.

3. Packaging: Ensures the item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping, often including protective wrapping and branding materials.

4. Personalization: If the item is customized, processing time allows for any requested modifications, such as color changes, pocket add ons, beaded details, etc.

Custom orders placed prior to the switch to "ready to ship" please read below: 

•  Items are being handmade in the order in which they were received. 
  
  • Creation dates are scheduled and an email will be sent with the creation dates & ship off date after your order is placed. 
  • If you need your order by a specific date please contact and provide the date & the order will be scheduled accordingly.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM MADE ORDERS. 

Returns + Exchanges: 

•  there are absolutely NO RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
• Please confirm that your address is correct before placing your order. We can not change the address for you. Your item will be shipped to the address on file. 
• we are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. A claim can be filed with the mail carrier using the tracking number provided.
